Stage Battle Speed (2×) Guide

Why Battle Speed Matters

Story Stages in DIGIMON UP auto-battle by default. At launch, base speed is 1× until you unlock acceleration. 2× battle speed cuts stage clear time roughly in half — critical during launch week when you need stage progress for Support slot unlocks, Digi Farm access (Stage 40), and Battle Terminal entry.

Acceleration applies to story stage battles only. Dungeons, Battle Terminal PvP, and event fights are excluded.

Free Method: Rewarded Ads

1. Watch a rewarded ad from the battle speed menu on the stage screen.
2. Gain 2× speed for 30 minutes per ad view.
3. Limit: 2 ad views per day — you cannot watch a second ad while the first 30-minute buff is still active.

Best timing: Start an ad buff only when you can stay logged in ~30 minutes and chain multiple stages. Logging out does not pause the timer — offline time still consumes remaining buff duration.

Important Timer Rules

• Switching back to 1× speed still drains the remaining buff timer — stay on 2× whenever the buff is active.
• Battle speed does not accelerate idle/offline reward timers — only live stage combat.

Paid Option: Battle Speed Pass

The Battle Speed Pass (in-app purchase) grants 30 consecutive days of stage 2× speed without daily ad limits. Buy from the speed icon on the right side of the stage UI if you plan heavy progression sessions during launch month.

Progression Synergy

Use 2× speed while pushing toward Stage 100 (fifth Support slot) and Stage 125 (SP Support slot for WarGreymon SP reroll targets). Combine ad buffs with daily missions and Hologram Device rolls between stage bursts.
