Skill Card Tier List

DIGIMON UP Skill Card tier list covering passive bonuses, equip priority, and Summon Ticket strategy for F2P and light spenders.

How Skill Cards Work

Skill Cards are the third pillar of combat power alongside Partners and Supports. Uniquely, passive bonuses activate from collection alone — you do not need to equip every card. Limited equip slots add focused bonuses on top. Summon Tickets are a long-term investment with independent banner levels like Support banners.

Cards range from N to UR rarity. Duplicates enable Limit Breaks. Release low-rarity cards for Shards when chasing UR Limit Breaks — same economy as Support Digimon.

SS Tier — Best Universal Cards

Team Skill Damage UP (UR) — Raises all skill damage. Core for Renamon and Agumon with HiAndromon.

Critical Hit Rate UP (UR) — Crit build cornerstone with WarGreymon SP, Durandamon, Holsmon SP.

Combo Damage Amplifier (UR) — Guilmon and Gabumon staple for faster Stage clears.

S Tier — Specialized Core Cards

HP Recovery on Skill (SR–UR) — Long boss fights and Battle Terminal wars.

Boss Damage UP (SR–UR) — Stacks with HeavyLeomon for boss-focused weeks.

Skill Activation Rate UP — Stability for skill-reliant Partners with Megaseadramon.

A Tier — Situational

Airborne Rate UP, Stun Resist, Evasion UP — PvP or specific bosses. Low priority for general farming.

Attribute Damage UP — S-tier when matching your Partner's element.

B Tier — Launch Commons and Collection

N–R launch and event cards mainly serve collection percentage goals. Release extras for Shards unless catalog bonuses require one copy each.

Summon Ticket Strategy

  • 450 pre-registration tickets — first major fork between Support and Skill banners
  • Prioritize Support if racing toward five slots (Stage 100)
  • Prioritize Skill if your Partner is Skill Crit (Renamon)
  • Banner level rises with tickets spent — hoarding hurts EX+ and UR unlock timing

Recommended Cards by Partner

Guilmon / Gallantmon — Combo Damage Amplifier UR, Crit Rate UP, Team Skill Damage UP.

F2P Skill Card Three-Month Plan

Month 1 — Pre-reg 450 + daily/event tickets to banner Lv8–12. Secure one or two universal UR cards.
Month 2 — Lv15–18. First Limit Break on Crit or Skill Damage UR.
Month 3 — Lv20+. Second UR or attribute specialization. Join event pickup banners.

Ticket split heuristic: before Support slot 5, 60% Support / 40% Skill; after Stage 100, flip to 40% Support / 60% Skill.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do unequipped Skill Cards still work?

Yes. Ownership alone triggers passives. Equipping adds slot bonuses.

How do I get Skill Card Summon Tickets?

Pre-registration, daily missions, events, and Emerald exchanges.

Should I release low-rarity cards?

Yes once you need Shards for UR Limit Breaks.

Does banner level 23 apply to Skill Banner?

Yes. Skill Banner has its own level that improves high-rarity rates.

Universal cards over attribute cards?

Yes, since Partners are permanent. Team Skill Damage and Crit Rate are safest.
