How to Claim (Step by Step)
- Install DIGIMON UP from App Store or Google Play and complete the opening tutorial.
- Link a Bandai Namco ID if prompted — recommended so rewards survive device changes.
- Tap Menu → Mailbox (or the gift icon on home).
- Press Collect All on every pre-registration letter.
- Verify Supports, Buddy, and tickets appear in Summon inventories.
Reroll note: Pre-reg rewards attach to the account/device cycle. If you reset for WarGreymon SP, you must reclaim within the September 30 window on each new account. Read Reroll Guide before deleting progress.
Pre-Reg vs Launch Events
Mailbox gifts are separate from Digimon Matching, Launch Gacha, and the T-shirt giveaway. Complete all tracks during July–August 2026 for maximum F2P value.
